As part of this service we :

• Strip off motor gearing, bearing & mainshaft.
• Inspect phosphor bronze bushes and thrust plate.
• Inspect and change male and female foot step bearings.
• Remove mechanical arms.
• Check and reset rakes and followers.
• Remove the nozzle.
• Open inspection hatches.
• Flush out cast box sections.
• Provide a written report on condition of all mechanical parts.
• Supply and fit new or reconditioned parts for short and long shaft bell filters.
